Amalfi, Italy

Positano might be the most recognizable locale in the Amalfi Coast, but there are many other beautiful towns in this region. Amalfi itself is one and has the most beautiful cathedral I have ever seen - Duomo di Amalfi. I have never seen anything like it! I mean, the stripes! C'mon! The town is quaint and at sunset, everything lit up in the softest shades of pastel like a scene from a Wes Anderson movie. It was surreal. On our way to Amalfi, we made a stop at Fiordo di Furore which is a total hidden gem (I suppose it's not so hidden anymore since we found it on Instagram haha). The bus dropped us off on the top of the bridge and we hiked down these rocky steps to the most serene little beach. We heard that this spot is very popular in the summertime but it was October so we had the whole place to ourselves. If you ever find yourself in the Amalfi Coast, I highly recommend stopping by Fiordo di Furore!
