We went straight to brunch after landing in Portland last Saturday.
Headwaters at The Heathman Hotel, located in the heart of downtown, has great decor and even better food! We barely got to sip our mimosa and old fashioned before all the dishes started coming out! For starters, we had smoked salmon and sablefish with smoked herring schmear and this amazing chorizo scrambled eggs on flatbread. The fish was so fresh and the flatbread was simply mouthwatering!
Jeremy ordered the steak and eggs with this creamy spinach goodness while I had the corned beef hash. It was St. Patrick's Day weekend after all and I haven't had any corned beef yet! Brunch was delectable and the service was remarkable. Thank you
