When in New York - DUMBO

Street style, with cars and people and what reality comes with, is not my aesthetic. However, since I was all about "going out of my comfort zone" AND I was in New York, I figured I should just embrace it! I met NYC based photographer Adrian Cabrero through Bumble and bumble and we connected again toward the end of my trip and shot some photos over in DUMBO. It was a super hot Saturday and we went from one spot to another to yet another dripping in sweat... it was totally worth it though! For these particular shots at this iconic location, I wanted to wear something colorful to really pop against the bricks and cobblestones... stripes ribbed knit top and mustard textured midi skirt paired with a fun handbag and classic pumps.
