Candyland

Remember those candy necklaces we once thought were so cool, perhaps back in junior high? This pastel barrel handbag by Nicole Lee reminds me of that, and cotton candy, or basically just any candy! I adore it! The different shades of pastel are so much fun and I also love the floral embellishment and grid-cutout details. I will be taking it to carnivals, to picnics, to the pool... all summer long! We here in the San Francisco Bay Area got hit by a heatwave over the weekend (and looks like it will stay for the rest of the week), so I took my new candyland bag out for a spin. I paired it with a blush and white striped dress (an oldie but a goodie from Gap), blush leather platform sandals by Koolaburra, and some lovely Nialaya jewelry! I am excited for summer, are you?
