Plaid and Blue

This outfit is slightly unusual for me because I don't wear many blues and I never wear plaid or checker, but I kind of like it. It's like dressing girly without being girly. I paired a simple checkered dress with a cable knit sweater in the loveliest shade blue, wool felt hat and two tone booties both by Sole Society (if you are looking for a good hat for fall, this is it!), and my Phillip Lim x Target mini satchel which I bought from a 4-hour online battle the early morning the collection went live online. Oh, and I painted my nails black for a change and perhaps I am also ready for Halloween!
